Alice Aikens Collier

Alice Aikens Collier, age 73, of Gainesville passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018.  Mrs. Collier loved yard sales, flowers and gardening.  Survivors include her husband of 40 years Allen Collier; son Stephen Collier of KY; daughter Vickey Johnson of Gainesville; sister Alene Mae Seeley of Commerce.  She is preceded in death by her parents Dal and Hattie Long Bennett.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday, August 13, 2018 at the funeral home.  Interment to follow at Walnut Fork Baptist Church.  Pastor Allen Stevens will be officiating.
