It is with profound sorrow and heartfelt reflections that we announce the passing of Angelia "Angie" Marie Carter, a beloved mother, sister, and cherished friend, who left us on June 4, 2026. Born on January 30, 1972, Angelia’s life was a radiant journey filled with love, passion, and an unwavering spirit that touched everyone blessed to know her.
Angelia was a vibrant soul whose joys were as genuine as the sunshine. She found immense pleasure in the simple yet profound pleasures of life—her love for softball was matched only by her deep appreciation for country music, with Luke Bryan’s melodies often serving as the soundtrack to her happiest moments. These passions reflected her energetic and lively nature, a testament to a woman who embraced life fully and warmly.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in her daughters, Emily Ingram and Sarah Ingram, both of Toccoa, who carry forward her strength and kindness in their own lives. Her presence will also be deeply missed by her brother Ricky Page of Braselton, and her sisters Vickie Page of Hoschton, Debbie Page of Wisconsin, and Stacy Smith along with her husband Zack of Jefferson. Together, they formed a close-knit circle of family that was precious to Angelia, offering love and support throughout her journey.
We also remember and honor the memory of Angelia’s grandparents, Bill and Eunice Lee, who preceded her in death, their legacy living on in the lives of those she touched.
A visitation to celebrate Angelia’s life will be held at Lawson Funeral Home, located at 4532 Highway 53, Hoschton, GA 30548, on June 8, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This will be followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering friends and family a time to gather, share stories, and find comfort in each other’s company.
Angelia’s departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, but her spirit and the memories she created will forever echo in the laughter, music, and love that remain. As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we hold tight to the warmth of her smile, the richness of her soul, and the enduring bonds she so lovingly nurtured.
Her story is one of enduring love and cherished memories—a beautiful testament to a life well-lived and a heart deeply loved.
