Blake Ward Foster

Blake Ward Foster , age 57, of Statham, Ga., passed away Monday, September 23, 2024. Blake loved preaching, counsel, football, playing Pokémon Go, the GA Bulldogs, and most of all his family. Blake attended Liberty University online in Lynchburg ,VA to obtain a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health. He truly enjoyed counseling many people with said degree. He was a receiving manager for Burton & Burton in Bogart, GA for 32 years! Blake was a loving husband, father, brother, and son. He is survived by his mother Louise Foster; wife Leellen Foster; son Cameron Foster of Statham; daughters Caylan Carlisle and husband Steven of Winder, Carah Foster of Statham; brothers Stacy Foster and wife Tanya of Statham, Steve Foster and wife Lynn of Statham; sister Dedra Turner and husband Gary of Statham. Blake was preceded by his father Doyle Foster and sister Sheila Allen. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Tim Burt. Interment to follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Statham. The family will receive friends 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at the funeral home.
