Carolyn R. (Knoppy) Knopp

Carolyn R. (Knoppy) Knopp, age 92, of Hoschton, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022. Carolyn loved to play tennis, bowling, reading, traveling, and especially the Georgia Bulldogs. Carolyn was an   administrative Registered Nurse for 40 years for  Infectious  Disease Control. She is survived by her dear friend Judy Wester and Katelyn of Hoschton, and close family friends The Kenerlys’.  A Service of Celebration will be held 4:00 pm Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating Theresa Kenerly. Graveside services will be privately held at Tyus Baptist Church, Carrollton, GA. The family will receive friends  2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Jackson County Humane Society, 38 Sycamore Street, Jefferson, GA, 30549.
