Donald Leon Edwards “Tinker”

Donald Leon Edwards , age 56, lifelong resident of Hoschton passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022. Survivors include his sons Todd Whitaker and Kyle Whitaker both of Cumming; daughter Kristi Steele of Gainesville; brothers Timothy Edwards of Maysville, Stacy Edwards of Lawrenceville; caregiver Jennifer Elmore; nephews Thomas “TJ” Edwards; Bryson “Spankey” Edwards; Nick Edwards; Nieces Samantha Edwards, Summer Edwards; great niece Berkley Edwards; 9 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.  Donald was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Glenda Edwards as well as his brother Thomas Edwards. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Mercy Baptist Church, 3796 Tanner Mill Road Gainesville, Ga., 30507. Officiating will be Rev. Roger Carlile.
