Donna Diana Carlisle , age 48 of Winder passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022. Donna was a loving mother and wife. She had a beautiful soul and loved everyone. She is survived by her husband Archie Carlisle; parents Shirley Watson and Raymond Toole; daughters Cassie Carlisle, Kayleigh Carlisle and Rebecca Carlisle; grandchildren Derrick Sutton, Kayden Knight, Kenzlee Knight and Amelia Smith; brothers James Toole, John Toole; sister Lisa Cribb ; and a host of other relatives.
