Donna Joan Jolley , age 59 of Winder passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Terry William Rutledge Sr. ; children Terry William Rutledge Jr., Christopher Columbus Rutledge, Cashia Denene White (Katie White), Donald Ross Rutledge; grandchildren Haleigh Anne Rutledge, Keylan Anthony Rutledge, Destany D’shay Trent, Ashton Faith Phillips – Rutledge, Aiden Matthew Rutledge, Kyleigh Marie Rogers, Gabriel Miguel Mendez, Sebastian Marcus Mendez, Mila Alexis Mendez, Aiyanna Loree Rutledge, Brighton Maxwell,; great grandchildren Dakota Dennis Eric Mealor, and  Harlan Micah Noble Sonoda. A Funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Sunday, December 31, 2023 at the First Pentecostal Oneness Church of Arcade. Officiating will be Pastor Elaine Bryant and Minister Brenda Rutledge. Interment cremation. The family will receive friends all day Friday, December 29, 2023 and Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the Church.
