Dorothy Ann King , age 77 of Winder passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023. She is survived by her husband Richard Franklin King; son James Richard King; daughters Melinda Smith, Debra Palermo, Kimberly Ann Ramos; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her father Joel Black and mother Lillian Gray. A Graveside service will be held 10:30 am Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga..
