Elaine Mary Asper

Elaine Mary Asper , age 70, of Hoschton formerly of Clifton, NJ passed away Monday, May 30, 2016. Elaine was a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, New York University with a Master Of Business Administration in Finance, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a PhD in Health Administration.  She taught at the University of Mary Washington in VA until retiring in Hoschton, GA in 2015.  She  volunteered with dog rescue groups and dog training.
