Elsie Frances Allen

Elsie Frances Allen , age of 84 of Cartersville, formerly of Winder, passed away in her home Wednesday July 10, 2019. Survivors include her friend and companion Bob Ingram of Cartersville; sons Terry Allen of Cartersville, Max Woodall and wife Judy Stinchomb Woodall of Canton; daughters Jennie Sheridan and Amy Blakely both of Cartersville; sister Esther Edwards of Dacula. She is preceded in death by her parents C.O Wilkerson and Ruth Davis Wilkerson; sons Scotty Eugene Allen, Jay Keith Allen and brother James B. Wilkerson; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives. Memorial services will be held 5:00 pm Saturday July 20, 2019 at Whistleville Christian Church, 83 Patrick Mill Road, Winder, GA 30680.  Rev.
