Fred Allen Higgins

Fred Allen Higgins , age 76, of Hoschton passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 6, 2015.  Fred was born on October 1, 1938 and was the son of the late Wayne and Myrtie Higgins.  He was a graduate of Franklin County High School with honors.  He retired from Gwinnett County School System.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Survivors include his wife of 57 years Martha Evans Higgins; son Michael Keith Higgins and wife Kellie Higgins; grandson Matthew Ryan Higgins; sister in law Linda Boc and several nieces and nephews.  Graveside services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Stephens Memorial Gardens, 3650 Hwy 17, Toccoa, GA.  Rev.
