Helen Johnson Sampson, age 95, of Winder passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019. Ms. Sampson served in World War II as a nurse in the United States Army and received a WWII Victory Medal. Survivors include her son Robert Sampson of Marietta and caregiver Margaret Colley of Winder. Graveside services will be held with military honors 11:00 am Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.
