James Grady Lewis Hands

James Grady Lewis Hands, 49 , of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026. He was born on July 13, 1977 in Lithia Springs, Ga., to his beloved parents James and Peggy Hands. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Peggy Hands.

Lew spent his career as a well-loved and respected tattoo artist at Timeless Tattoos. He was known for his calm demeanor, wry sense of humor, and love for his family.

Lew is survived by his wife, Sasha; his daughters Estela, Sofia, Jaedon; and stepchildren and grandchildren Wameng, Destiny, Futsieng, and Jennifer, Hunter, Nimbus, Edison and Neo; his sisters Leslie and Missie, and his brother Jeff; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A Funeral Service celebrating Lew’s life will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Tyler Recker. A visitation will be held on the same day, Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Lawson Funeral Home.
