Mr. John Charles Godek age 69 of Gainesville, passed away Friday, February 4, 2011. John was a loving father and husband.
He is preceded in death by his parents John Godek, Sr. and Ethel Godek. He is survived by his wife Jamie Godek and former wife Geraldine Shay of Winder; brothers Phillip Baker and Fred Godek both of FL; sister Arlene Gordon of FL; daughters Denice Frady, Debbie O’Kelley both of Winder and Lianne Ashe of Gainesville; son John Miller of Gainesville; grandchildren Dustin O’Kelley, Dalton O’Kelley, Bryan Alexander, Braydon Ashe and Jace Frady, Catilyn and Lauren Miller.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Rockwell Universalist Church, Winder, GA 30680.
