Maria Segars

Maria Segars , age 90, of Winder passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016.  Maria loved being a homemaker and caring for her family.  Survivors include her daughter Anita Segars Massey; grandchildren Andrew Massey and Andrea Massey.  She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Segars and son Mark Segars.  Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Union Baptist Church, 527 Union Church Road, Winder, GA, 30680 with Pastor David Cook officiating.  Interment to follow at the Segars Cemetery off Dunahoo Road and Hwy 11 in Winder.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.  Funeral arrangements by Lawson Funeral Home, 4532 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA, 30548, www.lawsonfuneralhome.org, 706-654-0966.
