Marian Louise Short

Marian Louise Short , age 53, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Winder, GA on Saturday June 14, 2014. Marian was born in Chicago, IL and grew up in Green Bay, WI. She loved her family, friends, pets, and the Green Bay Packers. She was always very caring, optimistic, and saw the good in everyone. Marian is survived by her husband Scott, daughter Heather McClain (fiancé Evan Boyd) and her two sons, Steven McClain and Ryan (Bonnie) Jordan. Marian is further survived by her mother, Louise Matthews and three siblings: Anita (Bill) Hoium, Kathy Haubert and David (Jennifer) Matthews. Marian had four grandchildren from her son Ryan and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her father, Edmund Matthews.
