Phillip Allen Hayden , age 52, of Duluth passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016. He is survived by his dear friends Karen Almond and husband Andy and Jerry Waters. He is preceded in death by his parents Phillip and Helen Hayden. Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at New Liberty United Methodist Church, 26 Charlie Smith Road, Braselton, GA, 30517 with Pastor Josh McDaniel officiating.
