Reginald (Reggie) Sardis Tate

Reginald (Reggie) Sardis Tate, of Hoschton, born April 18, 1957, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at age 67. Reggie was a hard working man who served over 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife Christine Vandiver Tate; children Isaiah Tate, Benjamin Tate, Travis Tate, and Trabian Short; sister Sharon A. Stephens; mother in law Shirley W. Vandiver; sisters in law Andell (John) Corley, Aretha Dawn Vandiver; nephews; and a host of other relatives. Reggie was preceded in death by his parents Sardis and Evelyn Tate. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Friday, February 7, 2025, at the Fairview AME Church in Anderson, SC (2115 Watkins Road Anderson, South Carolina, 29625).
