Robert Wafford Masters

Robert “Bob” Masters of Jefferson Ga joined many loved ones beyond the pearly gates on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, after losing a long battle with lung cancer. Bob was a devoted and loving father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend, the honest and true definition of a family man. He was a talented and skilled carpenter by trade and created many wonderful things from a simple piece of wood for over 40 years. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and friends, spontaneous vacations, road trips, as well as exciting trips to any casino he could find. Bob is preceded in death by his wife Lorena; grandson Drake; mother and father; Melvin and Ruby Masters; and three brothers Woody, Donny, and Bill. He is survived by his wife Robbie (Faulkner); son Daniel (Aubri); daughters Leslie and Paula (Clyburn); step daughter Shameeca (Chris); nine grandchildren Troy, Kael, Nathan, Zoe, Kayden, Summer, Alli, Lizzy, and Cody; and one great grand daughter Jayleigh. Funeral services will be held 6:00 pm Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
