Robert Sanders Sr.

Robert Sanders Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 68. He was born on August 9, 1957, to Ronald I. Sanders and Beatrice M. Snyder, who precede him in death along with his siblings Ronald Sanders and Eillen Sanders.

Robert dedicated his life to being a CDL truck driver, a profession that allowed him to experience the open road while providing for his family. In his younger years, he found enjoyment in playing coed softball, cherishing the camaraderie and excitement it brought. Above all, Robert treasured the moments spent with his beloved wife, Kimberly Sanders, and their grandsons, Masen and Ethan, who were the lights of his life.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and connection through his children: daughter Angela Brock and her husband BJ, daughter Autumn Pittman and her two children, daughter Kendall McLendon and her two children, son Robert Sanders Jr. and his three children, and daughter Robin Sanders and her three children, sons Gary, Ronnie, and Jimmie Sanders, along with their spouses and children, his sisters Melanie and Susie Sanders, along with their spouses and kids and his brother Gary Sanders. He will be deeply missed by his many other friends and family who held a special place in his heart.
