Tomi Kay Radford Watkins , age 78, of Braselton, GA, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026. Born December 2, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Henry and Lillian Radford. Tomi was a Bryan Adams High School Alumni and then attended North Texas State University and Georgia State University for her advanced degrees in Music Education and Piano Performance. Tomi was a beloved piano and voice teacher for countless students in Texas and Atlanta throughout her career which spanned 65 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Descendants of the Mayflower Society, and Magna Carta Society. Tomi was also a former Ms. Senior Georgia and Ms. Senior Kentucky. She was an amazing gourmet cook who loved great wine and traveling the world which fueled her passion for life and beauty.

Survivors include her daughter Traci Kay Damron, son Thomas Gregory Talley, and husband Jerry Trincher Watkins. A private entombment will be held in El Paso, Texas.

Her Celebration of Life will be at Westminster Presbyterian Church located at 1397 Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville, GA, on June 6, 2026 at 2 PM.
